PRAYER IN CRL A(MD) No.496 of 2021:
Pleased to call for the records relating to the judgment passed in Spl.S.C.No.32 OF 2016 on the file of the Court of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act 2012, Sivagangai, dated on 21.10.2021 and set aside the same and acquit the Appellant/Accused for the charges leveled against the petitioner.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.AJU TAGORE.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11812 of 2021 in CRL.A(MD).No.496 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 23.12.2021, directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and prayed the petition to be allowed.

CRL MP(MD) No.2274 of 2022 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now.
4.In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.11812 of 2021 dated 23.12.2021. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned trial Court once in fifteen days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
