Respondent/Respondent in both cases COMMON PRAYER: Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the District Munsif, Musiri to expeditiously dispose the proceedings in R.C.O.P.Nos.04 & 03 of 2013, respectively, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Musiri, within a time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Venkatesan (In both petitions) COMMON ORDER As the issue involved in both the petitions are similar in nature, they are disposed of by way of this common order.
2. These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Musiri, to dispose of the Original Petitions in R.C.O.P.Nos.04 & 03 of 2013, respectively, within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.
3. Among other things, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would aver that the petitioner is the landlord in respect of the suit property, where the respondent herein is in occupation as tenant. He would further submit that the petitioner has filed two Original Petitions in R.C.O.P.Nos.04 & 03 of 2013, respectively, under Sections 10(2)(i) & 10(3)(c) and 10(2)(i) & 10(3)(a)(i), respectively, of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960, seeking eviction. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the original petitions were filed in the year 2013, the same is still pending and hence, he is before this Court seeking early disposal of the said proceedings.
4. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Notice to the respondent is dispensed with, since the prayer itself is for a limited scope seeking early disposal.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the original petitions are of the year 2013, this Court is of the view that ends of justice will be met if a direction is issued to the learned Judge for early disposal of the said proceedings. Accordingly, without adverting into the merits of the case, the learned District Munsif, Musiri, is directed to dispose of the Original Petitions in R.C.O.P.Nos.04 & 03 of 2013, respectively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-II) /True copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To The District Munsif, Musiri.
