ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to re-open the petitioner's complaint dated 23.12.2019 closed by the second respondent on 28.12.2019 and proceed with the same in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that as requested by the petitioner, the third respondent re-opened the complaint and registered the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2891 of 2020 same in Crime No.170 of 2020 and it is pending for investigation.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.170 of 2020 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed final report.
