(MD)No.616 of 2019 under Article 215 of the Constitution of India r/w Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

O RDER Alleging that the order of this Court dated 05.09.2023 in W.P. (MD)No.616 of 2019 has not been complied, the petitioner has filed this contempt petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that against the order made in W.P.(MD)No.616 of 2019, the State has preferred an appeal in W.A.(MD)No.135 of 2024 and an order of interim stay has been granted on 06.02.2024 in C.M.P.(MD)No.1092 of 2024. 3.In view of the above said facts, this contempt petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to revive this contempt petition depending upon the result of the writ appeal.
