Seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.468 of 2023 on the file of the third respondent to any other competent investigation agency, this Criminal original petition is filed. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.468 of 2023 has been completed and final report has also been filed and the same was taken cognizance in Spl.S.C.No.11 of 2024 by the PCR Court, Theni.
