2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit investigation completed and charge sheet has also been filed. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before respondent police on first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m, till the filing of charge sheet.
