ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.168 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 306 IPC r/w Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, on the file of the respondent Police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.09.2015. He seeks bail. 2.The case was registered based on the complaint of the de facto complainant alleging that her daughter viz.,Kanimozhi was married to one Ramanthan about 4 1⁄2 years ago and they have a daughter aged about 3 years and her son-in-law was working at Singapore and on 07.09.2015 her daughter committed suicide due to sexual torture given by the petitioner / accused.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a married man and on 07.09.2015 the deceased accidently fell into a well and died and further the complaint was given only on suspecion.

4.The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner's brother is residing in abroad for the past 3 years and so far the deceased did not make any complaint against the petitioner to any one and the complaint was given with an ulterior motive. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation is at preliminary stage.

6.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent. 7.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
