Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of legal heir certificate. He has given representation through on-line.

3.The respondent to pass order thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The respondent shall issue notice to all the interested persons, if any.
