ORDER
This revision petition has been filed seeking a direction to expedite the proceedings in D.V.O.P.No.30 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, at Magistrate Level, Madurai and to dispose of the same 1/4
within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that this petitioner along with other persons moved C.R.P.(MD).No.744 of 2022 seeking quashment of the same D.V.O.P. That was dismissed by this Court with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the above said D.V.O.P. within a period of five months from the date of receipt of the above said order. The above said order was passed on 30.11.2022. Later the respondent herein allowed the matter to dismiss for default on 04.08.2023. Thereafter restoration application was filed and the same was allowed on 24.10.2023. Now it is kept pending.
3.In view of the earlier direction and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the enquiry Court namely Additional Mahila Court, Magistrate Level, Madurai to complete the enquiry process in D.V.O.P.No.30 of 2021 pending on his file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said directions, this civil revision petition stands disposed of.
