RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14181 of 2017 dated 24.10.2017 by directing the petitioner to appear before the any other police station in Ramanathapuram instead of the respondent police and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections147, 148, 294(b), 341, 324 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.230 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
