This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the 1st respondent to issue 1/4

a passport to the petitioner, pursuant to his application in File No.MD1063823877521 dated 22.12.2021, by considering his representation dated 23.01.2025.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner's application for fresh passport has already been closed. 4.Giving liberty to the petitioner to make an application afresh, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
