ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 20.02.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.101 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.5,000/- and also the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant. Hence the complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is having fourteen previous cases of similar in nature and hence he objected for grant of bail.

the petitioner and there is no change of circumstances in the present case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
