PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to call for the records pertaining and to quash the FIR in Crime No.2340 of 2020 under alleged Sections 6(b), 7(5), 20(2) and 24(1) of Cigarette and Other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 dated 31.08.2020 registered on the file of 1st respondent police is so far as petitioner concerned.
