ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.01.2015 for an offence punishable under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code, in Crime No.167 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that when the defacto complainant was going to the garbage bin in the street for dumping waste, these petitioners were standing and they snatched her chain and fled away in a motorcycle.

3. Taking into consideration the serious nature of the allegations against these petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
