This petition is filed seeking to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to change the investigation in Crime No.4/14 from the file of the 4th Respondent to any other Investigation Agency. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation was completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the TANPID Court, Madurai and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.11 of 2015.

3.Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
