ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 406 and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.not known of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Since there was a matrimonial dispute, this matter was referred to Mediation. The issue has been amicably resolved and the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the defacto complainant. He has also agreed to return all the belongings. It appears that part of the amount has been paid. If the petitioner fulfils the terms of undertaking, the respondent will file a closure report.

3. With these directions, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
