ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 303(2) of BNS r/w. Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No. 10 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that as on date the petitioners have not been made as accused and the investigation is pending.
3. In the light of the above submission, there is no apprehension of arrest for the petitioners. If, ultimately, the petitioners are made as accused and there is apprehension, it is left open to the petitioners to file a fresh application.
