ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition in Crl.M.P.No.195 of 2018, dated 25.01.2019, passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.195 of 2018, dated 25.01.2019, the petitioner should report and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for one month is modified and the petitioner should appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
