ORDER
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent, dated 17.07.2020, and consequently, direct the second respondent to treat the Settlement Deed, dated 22.03.2012, registered as Document No. 2738 of 2012 as fraudulent document and to make necessary entries in the appropriate register to enable the petitioners to proceed with further 2/4
registration of the land in Survey Nos.6/1A1, 6/1A2, 6/1B, 6/1E, 6/1F2, 6/1G, 6/1H1 at Thottanathu Village, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that an appeal was filed before the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Madurai and through proceedings, dated 13.09.2021, the document itself was cancelled.
