ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as accused apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Section 294(b) IPC r/w. 3 of PPD Act in Crime No.305 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. According to the de facto complainant that the accused have pelted stones at a bus belonging to the Private college and caused damage to the tune of Rs.8,000/-.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to previous enmity between the petitioners and the de facto complainant, they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the first petitioner is a physically challenged person and he could not have committed offence.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) .

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,000/- (Rupees Four Thousand only) each to the credit of the Crime No.305 of 2015, and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
