Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.PON SENTHIL KUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 448, 506(ii) IPC and Section 3 of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damages and Loss) Act, 1992, in Crime No.171 of 2016.
