.. Contemnor/4th Respondent Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent/contemnor for willfully disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.5251 of 2016 dated 13.02.2019.

Prayer in WP(MD). 5251/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned notice issued by the 7th respondent dated 7.3.2016 and quash the same and consequently direction may be issued to the 4th respondent to dispose of the three appeals filed by the petitioner dated 21.1.2016 and 5.2.2016 within stipulated time and to direct the 6th respondent to accept the petitioners service register in order to make necessary entries as per law and to pay all the retirement benefits applicable by regularizing all his leave and suspension periods.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by order, dated 13.02.2019, has issued directions to the respondent herein to dispose of the pending appeals, if any, within eight weeks, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and also for consideration of the disbursement of the terminal benefits to the petitioner.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader represented that both the directions were complied with by the respondent vide his proceedings dated 24.06.2019 and 04.07.2016 respectively and she also produced a copy of the said communications. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the above this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
