ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. I consciously refrain from going into the merits of the matter. It is beyond dispute that the impugned order is adverse to the petitioner's interest. He has however not been put on notice. On this sole ground, I am setting it aside. That is why, I am not considering the various contentions advanced by the learned standing counsel for the corporation. The matter is remitted to the file of the Seniorgrade Zonal Manager, Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Thanjavur. It is open to the said authority to issue fresh notice to the petitioner and thereafter take a call in the matter.

3. The Writ Petition is allowed on these terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 22.04.2024 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi To The District Supply and Consumer Protection Officer, Collectorate Campus, Thanjavur.
