ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent no.3 not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.4 of 2019 has been registered for offences under Sections 498 A, 294 (b) and 506 (ii) IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act against the petitioners. He added that the third respondent police has neither harassed the petitioners nor intended to harass them.

4. The statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor

is recorded. Since FIR has been registered, the investigating officer is directed to proceed with the investigation strictly in accordance with law.
