The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the application submitted by the petitioner for providing compassionate appointment has been accepted by the respondents and it is in the process of consideration.

2. In this regard, the first respondent, in his counter affidavit, has stated as follows:

"7. I submit that, the petitioner's request for compassionate appointment will be considered on merit as per GO Ms.No.18, Labour and Employment department dated 23.01.2020. In the mean while the petitioner has approached this Hon'ble court for earlier order on her compassionate Ground Appointment petition."

W.P.(MD) No.1835 of 2022 adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
