ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is an accused in a private complaint in S.T.C.No.235 of 2012, on the file of the Fast Track Court Judge No.I, (Magistrate Level) Madurai, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for non-bailable warrant issued on 09.10.2013 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner did not appear for hearing on 09.10.2013 before the trial Court and therefore, the learned Fast Track Court Judge No.I, (Magistrate Level), Madurai, issued a Non-Bailable Warrant. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence and prays for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioner. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner was already granted bail, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Fast Track Court No.I, (Magistrate Level), Madurai and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court in all future hearings without fail. petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned court within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
