ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c), 20(b)(ii)(A) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1983 and Section 25(1A) of Arms Act, 1959, in Crime No.867 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
