ORDER

It is seen that the respondents have acted upon the order of this Court by directing the petitioner to appear in person with the relevant documents. Therefore, the order of this Court has been complied with.

2. It is stated that the petitioner, due to his age and ailment, is unable to appear in person before the respondents.

3. Accordingly, the legal representatives of the petitioner shall appear before the authority concerned along with the necessary documents and a doctor's certificate for the petitioner, and the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders. Needless to state that even in the order passed in the writ petition, this Court had directed that the respondents shall not insist upon the death certificate of Palani.
