C.R.P.(MD)No.231 of 2020 3.It is seen that the suit is for partition and for permanent injunction and is pending from the year 2016 and that the petitioner is aged about 81 years and hence, the trial Court is directed to dispose of O.S.No.25 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
