ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents particularly the second respondent to take appropriate action as against the accused persons and consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2025 in complaint receipt No. 20/2025
2. The petitioner has sent representation to the respondent police on 05.01.2025, since no action has been taken the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is pending.
4. In view of the same, respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner along with the rival parties and conclude the same within a period of two months from the date or receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
