O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed in I.A.No.1144 of 2017 in O.S.No.244 of 2014, dated 11.01.2018 by the Additional District Munsif Court, Karur.

2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials on record.

3. Taking into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Karur.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Additional District Munsif, Karur is directed to issue summons to the concerned Village Administrative Officer, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and complete the trial and to pass appropriate orders on or before 13.06.2018. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
