ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 303 days in filing of the C.M.A.(MD)SR.No.50737 of 2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo dated 27.02.2025, to dispense with the notice of the respondents 4 and 5. 3.The said memo is recorded. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause list.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within two days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without reference to this Court.
