The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025 and to trace and recover the stolen mobile phones, namely OPPO Reno 13 5G mobile phones bearing IMEI Nos. 863233074271555 and 863233074271548, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
