ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.347 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.08.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 376 of I.P.C., and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 17.08.2015 the petitioner kidnapped the victim girl and unlawfully married the minor girl.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Srivilliputhur and on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
