ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.09.2014.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the in-laws of the petitioner have abused her in filthy language demanding to leave her husband and trespassed into her house, beaten on her chest and stomach. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the issue between the parties has been compromised and based upon the compromise between the parties, the case has been withdrawn.
5.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
