PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.561 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody on 19.12.2021 for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324 and 307 of IPC r/w Section 25(1A) of Arms Act, in Crime No.561 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous dispute, a wordy quarrel arose between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, as a result of which, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also attacked him deadly weapons and caused grievous injuries to him. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 19.12.2021.

CRL OP(MD). No.1827 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. 5.Considering the period of custody of this petitioner and also of the fact that the injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 01/02/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
