ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Juvenile Justice Board, Dindigul to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioner's son Buvaneswaran on the same day for his surrender in Crime No.32 of 2025 on the file respondent police.

2. The petitioner' son is aged about 18 years and due to his age and ill advice without knowing the consequences and seriousness and without knowing the antecedents of the others had joined with them and now he is facing prosecution. He further submitted that for a dispute between the neighbors this petitioner's son has been implicated in this case.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also not disputed the fact that the petitioner' son is the college student and further submitted that it is a dispute between the neighbours.

4. Considering the submission and the limited prayer of the petitioner to consider the bail application of the petitioner son on the same day, the Juvenile Justice Board, Dindigul is directed to consider bail 2/4

application on the same day and pass order on merits and in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
