This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to modify the condition made in Cr.M.P.No.2968 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur dated 14.08.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)appearing for the respondent. 3.The respondent has filed a case against the petitioner for offence under Sections 294B, 341, 352 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. The Principal Sessions Court, Thanjavur on 26.06.2015 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition that he should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of one month. The condition was modified on 23.07.2015 to the effect that he should appear before the respondent police every Monday and Thursday at 10.00 a.m.

, until further orders and thereafter, the condition was modified on 14.08.015 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is running a Pharmacy under the name and style of Kannagi Pharmacy at Triplicane, Chennai and he has been complying the conditions so far and he finds it very difficult to comply the condition. It is further submitted that the case was registered based on the complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the csae, this Court is inclined to modify the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. With the above modification, this criminal original petition is allowed.
