BALAMURUGAPANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the concerned Court for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 of I.P.C., and 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1967 in crime No.137 of 2017.

complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
