JUDGMENT

These second appeals are directed against the judgment and decree made in A.S.No.15 and 18 of 2017, dated 28.10.2020 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Tenkasi, confirming the judgment and decree, dated 02.01.2017 made in O.S.No.386 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Munsif Court, Tenkasi.

2. This matter is listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. It is seen from the records that on 02.01.2025, at the request of the learned counsel for the appellant, this matter was posted to 21.01.2025, for final disposal. Despite posted the matter for final disposal, there was no representation for the appellant on 21.01.2025 and hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 24.01.2025 under the caption ' for dismissal'. Even today (i.e.,24.01.2025) there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, these Second Appeals are dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
