ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, (ie., 01.02.2022) when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners were already arrested in some other case and during the above said remand period, formal arrest has been made in this crime number by the respondent police.

2.Since, the petitioners are already in custody, regular bail petition has to be filed by the petitioners.

3.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
