ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302 and 109 of IPC in Cr.No.04 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused unlawfully assembled and murdered the defacto complainant's husband viz., Arul Samy. Hence the complainant. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence and he is innocent and hence, he would pray for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is having one previous case of similar in nature and hence he objected for grant of anticipatory bail.

of similar in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
