ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5992 of 2012 on 07.05.2012.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that despite anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner, he has not furnished sureties and filed this present Criminal Original Petition.

3.Since the petitioner was already granted bail in Crime No.7 of 2012, the 2nd petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed.
