ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This petition has been filed to extend the time as ordered by this Court on 27.11.2025 and also to modify the condition in the stay order.

2. This order by an order dated 27.11.2025, in CMP (MD) No. 18621 of 2025, directed the petitioner to deposit the entire award amount along with proportionate accrued interest and costs to the credit of MCOP No.1085 of 2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/III Additional District Court, Tirunelveli within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed.

3. Considering the submissions made, this petition is ordered and Para 3 of the above said order dated 27.11.2025 made in CMP (MD) No. 18621 of 2025 is ordered to be deleted and Para 2 of the said order is modified as follows:

"2. There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the entire award amount along with proportionate 2/3

accrued interest and costs to the credit of MCOP No.1085 of 2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/III Additional District Court, Tirunelveli."
