ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are arrayed as A2 to A5 in Crime No.8 of 2015, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b),323,506(ii), 147 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, on 07.09.2015, the accused have attacked the de facto complainant and also threatened with dire consequences.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted the first accused none other than the husband of the de facto complainant and due to matrimonial dispute this complaint has been been implicating all his family members. It is further submitted that A1 was already arrested and released on bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation of the case is pending.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that co-accused has already released on bail, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6.
