ORDER
The 4th defendant in O.S.No.31 of 2024 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate of Papanasam, Thanjavur District is the revision petitioner herein.
2. The said suit has been filed for the relief of mandatory injunction not to disconnect the electricity service connection. The plaintiff has further prayed for an injunction restraining the defendants from interfering with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit schedule properties. The revision petitioner herein/4th defendant has not yet filed his written statement. However, he has filed I.A.No.274 of 2024 under Order VII Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure to reject the plaint. It is the grievance of the revision petitioner that the said application has not yet been disposed of. Hence, the present revision petition.
3. Considering the fact that I.A.No.274 of 2024 is pending from October 2024 onwards, the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate of 2/4
Papanasam, Thanjavur District is directed to dispose of the said interlocutory application on or before 30.06.2025.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
