This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings. The accused and the victim have got married to each other. A child has also been born. I had an interaction with the victim. She made it clear that she would not support the prosecution. In these circumstances, continuation of the impugned prosecution will ruin the lives of both and only result in waste of judicial time. The chance of conviction is zero.
