O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition to direct the Sub Court, Trichy to expedite the case in H.M.O.P.No.187 of 2017 and dispose of the same within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.187 of 2017 before the Principal Sub Court, Trichy for divorce and the same is pending without any progress from the year 2017. In the circumstances, the petitioner has come out with the present Civil Revision Petition for speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.187 of 2017. 3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials on record.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has strongly objecting for allowing the petition. 5.Taking into consideration the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned Principal Sub Court, Trichy.

6.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Principal Sub Judge, Trichy, is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.187 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, on dayto-day basis, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
