Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner has given a petition under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908 for cancelling the petition-mentioned sale deeds.

3. The first respondent shall keep the said complaint pending on his file. Based on the decision to be rendered by the Hon'ble Division Bench, the first respondent shall take a call in the matter.
