ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order of 1982, r/w 7(1) a(ii) of EC Act 1955 in Crime No.144 of 2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 12.09.2015, the accused was found in possesion of 640 Kgs of rice meant for Public Distribution System.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the owner of floor mill and he purchased 50Kgs of rice form one G.Balasubramanian & Company on 09.09.2015 and the case was registered against this petitioner with ulterior motive.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner has one previous case.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6.
